 oh i dunno maybe its 16 actually, its not big i guarantee that. 18.5 was my giant frame i had. ya it has a crank and chain its ready to ride. just wasnt in taht pic it was when i first put the bike back together to sell it

 ya you definetly could still ride it, got a low rear end with the 24 makes the bike feel small. fun and easy to move underneath ya

 trying to rid all my shit so i can leave the country so probably not much unless you got a pair of double tip skis size around 176 with touring bindings thats all i am looking for
